Full-service
concepts
Our rental solutions are full-service concepts which integrate additional object-specific services, i.e. maintenance, spare part and consumable deliveries.
All additional expenses are included in the rent to keep lean processes in every department.
Individual Contractual Concepts
Following the stock determination on site we will analyse and possibly optimise your work processes. This procedure will take place in close cooperation with you. Subsequently, the systems with the required functions are set up at the respective location and the implementation into your local network is carried out.
A page price concept provides you with a uniform page price, regardless of whether the printout is made using a printer, copier or fax. We offer you various concepts and enormous savings potential for your company.
Price per Page
This contract fixed price per page and offers enormous savings potential. With this contract model, no monthly total rent is agreed, but a price is fixed for one printed A4 page which results in full cost control with regard to the real printing costs.
Contract based on Volume
With a contract based on printing volume you only pay the agreed basic costs for the fixed volume. If you should increase the volume in a few months it will be converted to the total volume and the agreed term of the contract will be reduced.
If you should produce less pages per month than previously agreed we certainly adjust the contract duration until the agreed volume is reached.
Copier Hire Purchase
The system is purchased from a leasing bank and left to you for a certain period of time.
The rental paid up to the end of the contract will be deducted in the main from the total sum. A small amount is charged as interest for the loan. After payment of the last instalment, the system automatically becomes your property.
